Our customers need a good hearty brunch preferably something cooked and ready to eat on site and take home options (optional).

Your food should offer a point of difference from our regular ready to eats.

Must be easy set up, ie pref your own power and no trailer. We can provide power if necessary.

This site could be a regular summer winter site.

This is not suitable for takeway like foods, ie processed and inferior ingredients, only apply if you willing to make the effort with good ingredients, great menu, and wish to establish a regular customer base with this market.
