Seasonal and local
The flower growers out there are usually dependent upon the seasons, some however grow their crops under cover and in heated houses which means there are cut flowers during the colder winter months. Most of the growers at Ohoka attend over the summer season, and some have their own businesses in the region which you can contact and purchase from when they are not at the market.
