Sammy's Brezels
Sammy & Jo may hark from Rangiora but really their authentic and traditionally hand-rolled, slowly fermented, dipped in a food-grade lye solution before baking to create a deep brown crust, glossy finish, and signature chewy texture Brezels, give them away. We love the authentic and traditional especially when its something from other cultures kitchens. Enjoy them in several ways over peak summer season.
